Wow, an elegant and delightful taste. Good enough to drink on its own. — 4 months ago
I have previous Delectable notes. Crimson, becoming tawny, garnet on the edges. A medium + weight palate and medium + intensity. Sweet red fruits (strawberry). The next night quite a full bodied Pinot. Tannins are a little coarse. 99 points from James Halliday and his Pinot Noir of the year in 2017. I have 2 bottles left - next in a year. — 5 months ago
Nose: elegant green
Palate : clean. Crisp. Mountain stream. Juicy. Perfect cherry fruit. Elegant.

Very dark Ruby in colour - impenetrable. Red fruits, dried herbs, plum and plum skins - evidence of whole bunch in the ferment ( 70% apparently). Lovely balance, fruit quality and complexity, all at only 6 years of age. An overall sweetness on the palate which overrides the savoury characters. Being from Geelong it’s interesting to compare with the Yarra Valley and Mornington Pinots on the opposite (eastern) side of Port Phillip Bay - same latitude - this seems more succulent although all 3 districts are excellent for Pinot Noir. This is the first of 5 bottles - the drinking window will go another 6 years into the 2030s. This is an exceptional Australian Pinot. — 3 months ago

Signature Bailey wine, volatility evident with lovely spice and lifter nose from Viognier. Also some tart cherry evident which was unexpected. — 2 months ago
A very nice, cool climate, reductive Chardonnay
Toasted sesame & cool mint on the nose. Beautiful mouthfeel, balanced, elegant with juicy acidity. The yellow stone fruit restrained but of high purity. Nice depth here.
This is so drinkable and quite lovely while showing some hints of seriousness. — 5 months ago
