Showing limes, lemons, green apples, light wood, earth, herbs and minerals.

Nice finish with limes and almonds.

This is a very young Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley in France.

I had a few vintages of this wine and it is definitely better with age. Needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly, but starting to drink nicely now.

This 9 year old Sauvignon Blanc drinks very fresh and young. Elegant and easy drinking.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime.

Good by itself or with food.

Christmas Eve dinner with ribeye steak. What a wine! Lovely aromatic of ripe blue fruit, crushed stone, leather baseball gloves. Almost black color. About as perfect a wine as I have had. Blue and black ripe fruit, softened edges but powerful tannins. Perfectly matched acidity. Structured brilliantly. Graphite, stone, hint of menthol, licorice. Nice medium + finish. Perfect wine yet still so youthful, many, many years left. Will wait a few years before opening another bottle. — 21 days ago

Pop and pour. A splendid medium straw color. On the nose: asian pear, crisp apples, lemon rind, almonds, floral. Taste: chalky, oily, vibrant wine with lemon zest, white peach, saline, slate, and a mineral lime peel long finish. YUM! Nice compelling wine at 19 years. — 10 days ago

Excellent. Smooth with a touch of spice. Dark cherry, dark plum, raspberry with a hint of spice and tabacco. Wonderfully balanced and earthy. Went well with a spiced filet mignon and earlier with a hard parmesan. Opened beautifully over the course of 12-24 hours — 13 days ago
