What a find. Not cheap ($50-70ish?) but as got the prices, so go the expectations and this wine from the Bedrock wine Company surpasses the lofty expectations I had for it. After a good, thorough decant this red blend opened up in a righteous fashion, with rich red fruits on the nose and one of the more ‘powerful yet graceful’ textures on the palate I’ve experienced in a long time. We had it with ribeye steaks and it was a meal for the books as the wine evolved in the glass. Powerful but graceful, stem to stern. — 8 days ago
Light peach in color.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate and complex.
Showing limes, green apples, herbs, earth, yeast, brioche, light strawberries, spices, minerals and white pepper.
Nice finish, elegant and easy drinking.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with fried shrimp and calamari.
A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. Bottled in 2009 and disgorged in 2017.
12% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

If someone had never tasted a Napa Valley Cab, I would happily pour this for reference. It's bold and great. I'm enjoying the balance of ripe, dark fruit with tasteful oak additions. There's a hint of eucalyptus, and pleasant leathery tannins. I personally would take this over Silver Oak or Heitz with my ribeye, and that's not just my wallet talking. $50 well spent.

A blend of 4 grand cru and one blanc de blanc. As good as I have enjoyed from Piper H — 3 months ago
Clear, deep ruby in color (almost purple); on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of black cherries, cassis, and graphite; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of black plum, violets, blueberries, and wet slate with a long finish. This wine is intense and complex, but could use a bit more acidityto balance the fruit. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. Nellie liked it with food. — a day ago

A popular US import here in Zürich, at least with my family. Had it many times, very consistent. Solid Cab, very bold and fruit-forward, a little syrupy, some red licorice. Some haters on Delectable, but it never let me down. Very grill-worthy with plenty of smoked meats. — 2 months ago

If you like your champagne fresh, this still is and will get better over 5-8 yrs +.
It is fresh & lively on the palate. Excellent mousse. Meyer lemon to meringue, lime pulp w/ zest, green melon, white stone fruits, pineapple juice, mix of understated, barely ripe, honeydew/cantaloupe, frothed whole milk, sea spray, crumbled, moist chalkiness, grey volcanic minerals, white spice, some bread dough, yeast, baguette crust, touch herbaceous, yellow lilies, white flowers with greens mixed in, excellent acidity, nice structure/tension, elegant and smarty polished finish that lasts nearly two-minutes and falls spice & volcanics. — 20 days ago
