Wonderful orange Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. Minerals, acidity, herbs, — 2 months ago
Should not have kept it this long - the pain of offsite storage but it’s still very nice. The nose is light/gone, buttery smooth with a light finish. Can’t recall how much acid this had early on in its life but it’s only there lightly now. Not dead but I’m drinking these asap. — 3 months ago

Wow 🤩 - Deep gold color. Aromas of burnt honey, pineapple, dried apricot, passion fruit and eucalyptus. Simply divine on the palate - orange, apricot and dried fruit.

Excellent orange / skin maceration wine with some age on it. Enjoyed at Monterey in midtown with tonight’s special Lobster El Diablo (spicy tomato sauce with 3lb lobster flambéed in tequila). Good acidity and some good flavor with the spice. — 2 months ago

Super interesting. Not as acidic and complex. Beautiful on the nose. Straddling between orange and white. — 25 days ago

Pale golden hue with delicate, fine bubbles. Aromas of brioche, apple, and pear. On the palate, vibrant citrus, white floral, and toasty flavors are balanced and precise. The body is beautifully expressive—rich yet remarkably light. An elegant and refined champagne.
