Nose - soil, wet stone and petrichor/rainy day. Main flavors - delicate stone fruit like plum, cherry and an after taste of fruit pits. Mouthfeel - silky upfront and the a little bit of acid and zing on the back. Really approachable wine. Don’t sleep on dolcetto! Lovely wine. — 3 months ago
Little more tannic than I lean towards, but nice. — 16 hours ago
2022 vintage purchased and drunk February 2025. Excellent value at $17. The light oak is well integrated. — a month ago
While its name doesn’t sound like an SB from NZ, it sure tastes like one. Pronounced passion fruit, a little green apple, and more lime than other Sauv Blancs. Refreshing and great value at TJs. — 4 months ago

2023 vintage. Concentrated, light-medium body with fruit darting amongst the layers of acidity. Crisp, slightly mineral and refreshing with a reminder that CA has just a bit more than chard and sauv blanc out there. These “old vines” planted in 1966. 01.08.25. — 3 months ago
Excellent balanced white! Some fruit and floral notes up front with a long finish — 3 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Crafted by Joseph J. Wagner, 4th generation winemaker, with winemaking roots in the Napa Valley since 1906. Deep Ruby with red berry fruit aromas, tea and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of jammy blackberry and cherry with pronounced sweet vanilla oak, cacao and pepper spice notes. Soft tannins and bright acidity, well balanced, with mineral tones on a long finish ending with toasty spice! Nice! — 16 days ago
