On the palate flavors of ripe peach, apple, lemon citrus, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ dry mineral finish. Delicious. Would’ve preferred a bit more age on this, to balance out the sweetness… but ~7 years is enough to make it interesting. Paired incredibly well with the Golden Eye Snapper course at ATOMIX. I look forward to trying a 15-years old vintage; great QPR. — 4 months ago
