Delicate strawberry nose. Some smoke, some gunpowder, mid to early season cherries and very fragrant. Very classic Very 21. Floral. Just an all star nose. 9.5. Very Pinot. Elegant, supple, and tangy. Some serious classic 21 structure little bit closed very fine tannin. really reminds me of an Alto Piemonte wine. it’s on its way to developing some mid palette sweetness and the tannins can sweeten out a bit. I think this has great upside right now. It’s got that typical 21 kind of tightness out of the bottle. but with air, I expect this to sweeten out. It’s maintaining its elegance while also being incredibly juicy. — 6 days ago

Stunning wine! Had the 2021 a few weeks ago that was clarity and potential and this was something closer to the finished product...wow! Minerality with a hint of dirt then ripe riesling flavours sneaking through. Such a pleasure to drink! — 2 months ago

Absolutely stellar. Among the top ten German Rieslings easily! Huge, enormous depth. Stone fruit meyer lemon. Yet still elegant. This is insanely good right now. Drink it and then try every 3 years or so. What a wine! — 19 days ago
