Nice, light body & mousse. Pear, red & green apple, pineapple, white peach, cream soda, vanillin, caramel & honey notes, light white spice, some nice yeastiness, bread dough, light & soft chalkiness/limestone, sea spray, white spring flowers w/ yellow lilies, soft, round acidity and a well balanced, rounded, elegant finish.
Disgorged 11/22. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. — a month ago
Had a hard time with this one. Have had it before and it was excellent, but this bottle / vintage was a bit too strong for a pinot. was expecting more fruit. Could be the food pairing so will try with another bottle. — 2 months ago
Very young. Still somewhat unstructured and tannins that need to mellow. But good potential. — a month ago

austrian pinot noir?
it smells sweet. it tastes tannic, sour, slightly funky. it has notes of black cherry, raspberry, vanilla and oak. this is an easy chillable red to drink.
i paired with pad thai. the juicy tannic flavors cut through the rich nuttiness of the pad thai. — 3 months ago
Opened about 8 hours prior to service and Audouze’d. The 1995 pours a pale garnet with a transparent core and a watery rim. There significant variation of the rim too. The viscosity is medium and there is no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing (still!) with notes of bright red cherries, anise, garrigue, cedar forest, leather, dry earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The body is quite light and thin…but healthy. The finish is medium. Very pretty; very Burgundian. This bottle belies its age. Drink now and through 2030. — 11 days ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 “Beauroy” pours light straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of green apple, lemon/lime citrus, lemon curd, honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes form the nose. The finish is long and a touch rich for a 2021 Chablis. Compared to some other ‘21’s I’ve recently had, this came across more round. Very good. Drink now through 2031. — 31 minutes ago
