Always a solid standby- just rich enough, balanced. But many times left with the idea that if it was just a touch more complex it would be epic. But really, it’s more than good enough, it’s amazing. — a month ago
2019 vintage. Medium heavy bod. Tar, earth, dark cherry in the nose. High acidity/tannins painfully evident and only tackling this because some greedy human insisted. Visited easily 15 years too early. Mostly structural currently while the dark fruit tumblers slowly click into place. 10.30.24 — 22 days ago

Red fruit and thyme nose. Raspberry (and leaf) roasted vegetables (in a good way) white pepper with tannins at the edges. Opens nicely. Great pairing with lamb pasta. TBL — 14 days ago
