Nice value #chinon - more modern, not as rustic and funky, muted dark fruit, less bell pepper notes (which I happen to love from #cabernetfranc) so a wider appeal style here with balance and weight on the tongue. #costcowines — 8 months ago
A bit shy black and purple fruit aromas on this #riberadelduero. Medium plus body on palate; prominent acidity up front on palate, chewier tannins on the finish but with that tartness just so food friendly for ~$13, excellent QPR. #costcowines — 10 months ago
Balanced, pretty #stemiliongrandcru #bordeaux blend. Not as earthy as other St. Em blends this one is a bit more fruit forward, once it opens up. Excellent QPR #costcowines — 18 days ago
I have never been disappointed by a Cru Beaujolais, though I admit the first day this #brouilly was closed and a touch unbalanced on the tart side. Wine fridge +1 day and it’s expressed itself pleasantly. Cooked raspberry, lighter cherry nose, lovely acid-forward balance with more pronounced fruit on the second day, understated mineral notes. Good decision to buy 3 bottles at less than $20 each @ #costcowines — 3 months ago
Good entry level #champagne , fresher, bright and crisp style though for ~$30 price point not any better than Kirkland Signature’s real champagne at $20. #costcowines — 10 months ago
For the price a quite good #chianticlassicoriserva. Reticent bramble fruit on the nose. Palate features typical #sangiovese slightly spicy-earthy dark cherry, traces of cola and spice trailing off on the finish, nicely integrated at 5 years. Great QPR for under $20 - #costcowines — 2 months ago
Delicious #prosecco that’s a solid cut above typical mass market and grocery store brands. Distinctive tart cherry nose that carries through the taste. #costcowines — 6 months ago
Give this one some time to open up. Wild cherry + dried cherries, touch of dried herbs on the nose. Medium plus body, juicy acidity and grippy tannins cruising out on a long finish. Lovely #chianticlassico #granselezione for under $20. #costcowines — 10 months ago
You’ll definitely want to decant this wine. Well over an hour after opening in the glass the initial dusty #bordeaux muted fruit wakes up fully, very youthful bramble fruit, purple jam on the nose. Mouthwatering acidity and generally soft tannins from the Merlot dominant blend with some more assertive tannins on the finish. 68% #merlot, 17% #cabernetsauvignon, 13% #petitverdot, 2% #cabernetfranc - clearly I got the impression this wine could easily cruise for another 5 years in the bottle. Excellent #costcowines value. — a year ago

The wine pours a beautiful dark brick red. It has flavors of dried cranberries, boysenberries and maybe a kind of roasted meat finish. For the price of $15 at Costco it is very good. I’ll be buying it again. I don’t have much experience with Tuscan wines. This is a good starting point. #costcowines #tuscany #montepulcino #redwine — 4 days ago
