Celebrating @James K birthday! This was WoTN unanimously. It was complex, yet easy. Beautiful nose and even better palate. We talked about how you couldn’t need anything more in a wine and if you had to only have one wine forever this would be a candidate. Great wine, great food, great friends. — 16 days ago
Was handed a glass of this and without even knowing anything was incredibly impressed. Thought it to be a French wine too, had no inkling it was Napa Cab. Beautiful purple colors that showcases a robust and complex bouquet of blackberries, dark cherry, tobacco, and chocolate. Has some spices too but they are pinned back by the fruit. Medium tannins with medium+ acids, super smooth and well balanced. Vanilla cola, cedar, black currants and more tobacco and chocolate give it a robust and lively blend. Great finish! — 14 days ago
45 ans et un bouchon récupérable Crus bourgeois encore puissant et très élégant — 4 days ago
Blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% Petite Verdot and rest Cabernet Franc, aged in 70% new French oak, deep Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of dark fruits, floral spice and smoky cedar notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, plum and black currants with cacao, tobacco, licorice and smoky spice. Fine grainy tannins, well balanced on long finish, ending with fruit, cedar, smoke and earthy mineral character. Very nice, will last for next decade! — a month ago

1hr+ decant. For some reason I want to say this wine is juicy. Dark red wine with translucent edges. Wood, cherries, and subtle manure on the nose. Juicy with more wood on the palate with some sweetness. Medium finish and depth. Unique wine that is very enjoyable. — 9 days ago
