Very different than the 2014 Cote de Leche, this seems much more youthful and currently a little disjointed, with youthful primary lemon aromas and flavors, lovely acidity, medium-long finish, but lacking the amazing depth and complexity of the Cote de Lechet, very good! — 3 months ago
Chablis from a good producer in a warm year can produce some interesting contradictions. It’s not got a lot of weight or body but feels quite rich. Some honey/beeswax on the nose and that sort-of-green undefinable flavor/terroir marker Chablis has. I think I bought a case and this felt sort of confused and heavy for the past couple of years (as young whites in warm years often do) but it’s starting to hit its stride. Serious wine despite the Chablis AOC on the label — 17 hours ago

Light yellow in color.
Strong nose of citrus, lemons, apples and minerals.
Medium bodied with medium acidity and medium sized bubbles.
Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, limes, spices, light yeast and minerals.
This 14 year old Vintage Champagne is showing nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Feels young, especially on the nose. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years, and see how it evolves.
A blend of equivalent portions of 6 grapes including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. Disgorged in February 2022.
12% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
