Of the box. And yes Lyle will kill me for not waiting. But F…..yeah. This is the best most different vintage they ever made. Black currants, raspberries really and i mean really - juicy oh man this is insane drinkable. Light 12% with some acids so much grace and balance. Tasted this vintage in the cellar in May. Unreal vintage across the board. A different take than in the past. Stylistically different but boy is this good. — 5 days ago

A little bit of a port wine nose. Brown tinge. Seems to me as one of the more difficult vintages E&M had to care for. Round, mature, herbaceous, lime, quite earthy and acidic. I would start drinking this 2017. — 2 months ago

39$. Besides Enderle & Molls Pinot based Rosé for less $$$ - this is one of the best on the the planet. But 39$. Yet worth it. Dense, dark, almost like a Pinot, tannic, Rasberries, Strawberries, Cherry, Melon, Basil comes to mind???? may be. The 2023 is very very fruit driven - what a wine. From Max Kogod. Absolutely stunning. In a perfect spot. Light in color. Tinge brown. Dark berry driven nose. Pinot fruit/Tart prune plums. Hint orange juice. Touch herbs oregano/thyme. Tannins left would allow this to go for another 2-4 years? Less acidity compared to the 2013 Buntsandstein. I hate to use the word but this is so smooth! And juicy. — 4 months ago

Tastes like a NSG. Beautiful wine. Nicely balanced tannins. Seems some stems were included. Mostly darker fruit. Elderberry, dark cherry. chalk, fresh. Needs time to settle down and find its stride. Very much in the E&M style. Sven left E&M. Both wineries make excellent renditions. The E&M basic Pinot was much more fruit driven a drink now wine. This needs time. — 3 days ago

Fruity, austere, and wild. One of the few Rose's you could spot in a lineup - distinct E&M natty twang in a lucid cherry crimson glow, a little bit candied, sour, and herbaceous.

Wild sour cherry, strawberries and cream, and dark green rosemary.
