One of my favorite Tuscan white blends-- easy to drink but lots of personality. — 6 months ago
Superb with San Danielle prosciutto and spaghetti puttanesca. #ramaz — 4 hours ago
After a 30 minute decant/aeration, the energetic and tightly knit 2015 Palazzo Reserva displays an attractive redberry/garnet appearance. Unfortunately, it is aromatically subdued, with flavors also reflecting that restrained stance.
Overall, it is medium/full, firmly structured with a good balance of tangy acidity and spicy tannins at the long finish. It may come around with more time in the decanter … or more time on the shelf for the additional bottle that I possess.

Very nice but obviously will be better in a couple years. With a bunch of air it is still quite nice now. Generally feel these wines are an excellent value and quite typical of good Barolo. Nice with a dinner of two stuffed pasta - one stuffed with prosciutto and one with braised beef. — 6 months ago
I’m a fan of this Chianti Classico. 5-yr old showing well and a smooth finish. Probably could even improve with more years in the bottle. — 22 days ago
Great Chianti, well balanced. — 19 days ago
2016. Experimental spur of the moment pick up from a Salcha gas station wine rack. Bright lights and loaded with dust, I’m sure it was there for several years before I liberated it. My coworker smoked a rib roast and the straightforward cherry flavors in the wine paired great. Wine was surprisingly sound. — 7 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
One of the wines that has made Allegrini famous, vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre. A blend of about 40% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella & 5% Sangiovese, deep Ruby color with aromas of dried berry fruit and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with vanilla, figs and licorice notes, good balance, lively acid with fine chewy tannins. Medium finish ending with fruit, mineral and earthy spice. Nice value. — 8 days ago
