Mid yellow in colour. Musky notes with a little talc - white and yellow flowers. On the palate lovely ripe peach flavours. Incredible flavour intensity. Irresistible. Low acid. Definitely one of Australia’s best dry Rieslings. No notes of TDN. Have the last one in a year or two. See previous Delectable note 6 years ago in June 2018 when it was carrying more citric acid. — a month ago
Medium bodied, light acidity, a little dry. Bouquet opens up to notes of dark berries, plum, leather, liquorice, tobacco. Well integrated tannins. Pleasant to drink! — 20 hours ago

Mid crimson in colour. Lovely Cabernet aromas with a trace of blue fruits and a hint of violets. Very balanced and harmonious on the palate. Elegant. Plenty of flavour intensity and only 12.5% ABV. Tannins are fine but persistent. So balanced almost nothing stands out - the characteristics of a lot of great wines. Will cruise on to its 20th birthday and beyond. 1 hour decant(decent fine /cloudy sediment). A striking dark garnet with some bricking. On the nose: subdued notes of dark fruit, currants, herbaceous, forest floor, worn leather, coffee grounds, slight menthol. Taste: smooth, slightly creamy, mouthcoating wine with black fruit, cedar, minerals, dark chocolate, earth, and a spiced graphite long finish with just a touch of heat. YUM! — 12 days ago
