First wine for ‘ National Drink Wine Day’! Aged white. Has a golden, straw color. Like a shiny wedding ring. Smells of honey and lemons. Just a hint of rain soaked concrete. Flavors are unique. Citrus buried under a bit of mellow Gouda cheese. Or maybe havarti. Get slight lemon peel in it. Has plenty to offer even with 8 years of aging. Elegant and ‘fancy’ feeling. Very balanced. Zippy, but just slightly ‘buttery’ or creamy. This is great white wine. — 2 months ago
Great acidity!!! Fresh not cloying in the least with dried apricots and what someone would say a just opened can of tennis balls. Much too young at this point. — 3 months ago
Good. But can not beat E&M. — 3 months ago
Clean, fresh at nearly 5 years. Reductive and a little spritzy in a good way. Resembles a top German Müller-Thurgau. — 24 days ago
Pretty light straw with green hint. Quite floral at first , touch of petrol , then mineral , wet slate , lemon peel , rose water . On the palate this is intense and very mineral , saline and well balanced . Wet slate , lemon peel, floral hints . Long and very precise , lean and mineral , focused on the finish . Needs a little more time, but will be great in a few years , wait another 3-4 . — 2 months ago

Glorious nose of apricot, peach and minerals. Very pretty. Smells like if the ocean was made of Riesling. Palate is gorgeous and a bit backwards with pink grapefruit, tangelo and apricot. Gorgeous purity and depth. Killer acidity but needs to come together. Nose gets herbal with air. Also some spice. Palate has great concentration and such an intense mineral sheen. Juicy and linear and wonderful delineation on the finish. Nose is confectionary beyond. Wet, damp earth. Salty, juicy, clean. So ludicrous. Succulent. This is killer on day 2. Wow. So concentrated and deep. Unreal tension. 9.6 9.7 overnight. The sap and intensity are world class. — 8 days ago
