Another excellent vintage of this Alsatian classic. Blend of Gewurtztraminer (30%), Pinot Gris (24%), Riesling (19%), Sylvaner (18%), Pinot Blanc (6%) and Muscatel (3%). Pale yellow color with light green highlights. Fresh aromas and flavors of green apple, Asian pear, white flowers, quince, lemon and tropical fruit. Touch of spice on the long, nutty and crisp finish. Medium bodied and well balanced. Bracing acidity, nice structure and bone dry. So fresh and clean. Thanks for the glass, Chris B! — a month ago

Medium lemon colour . Very fine quite persistent perlage . Quite strict and mineral on the nose , with chalk dust , oyster shell then lemon pith , honeysuckle, toasted brioche. Quite taut and focused on the palate , but with good intensity with mineral , lemon peel , brioche and lightly nutty hints . Good freshness and really good length .
