Belgian fruitiness on the nose, pleasantly creamy head, medium bodied with a complex balance of sweet, bitter and fizz. Nice, dry finish. Great with spicy and fried food. — 5 months ago

Apple and citrus mix with red berry suggestions on the nose. Hint of good funk and savory/ meaty quality. Cabbage patch kids and green apple candy on the palate. Yeasty, long prickly finish. Powerful and light; almost reminiscent of Dom. Disgorged 21, base 18. — 5 years ago

On the road from Chablis to Meursault you will find this viscous mouthful. - at Gail & Ralph’s — 2 months ago
This is the closest I’ve ever come to Coche-Dury in a glass without actually drinking Coche-Dury. Same electric mineral snap. Same charged, high-tension citrus and stone. Same feeling of a white wine lit from within, like the whole thing is running on buried voltage. I am now on a mission to find this wine, because once you taste a Bourgogne Blanc that opens a little side door to Meursault heaven, you do not just shrug and move on. — 4 months ago
Amazing that this is 9.5% because it's so easy to drink a 750mL bottle. It really is wine quality. I have a hard time identifying the nose on beers but it reminds me of being inside the cow feed silo as a kid. It smells like late summer harvest left to ferment.

Apple lemon custard with fine bubbles and a dry finish. Interesting delight pairing with duck! — 9 months ago
These champagnes simply do not miss. Clear salmon in color with particularly active, attractive bubbles. The nose is so immediately pleasing and oh so clean. All the red berries that you would expect along with semi sweet bread and rose water. Chalk is a superstar here.
One of the more impressive rosés I’ve tasted. Composed of 90/10 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, this is a smoother champagne. Elegant and rather substantial, this has nice weight to it. Nicely restrained acidity throughout with the terroir singing.
Immensely drinkable and bright. Vibrant red fruits abound. Spice on the tongue that elevates this. And some exquisite chalkiness. That’s what truly makes this a top notch wine. I will definitely have to get more of this. — 2 years ago

Lovely body and fruit that reminds me of a Roulot. The finish wasn’t as long as I hoped but the tartness was a nice ending. — 15 days ago
