Это прекрасное шардоне 2020 года пошло в этот же день в той же компании с Ириной. — 3 months ago
In a very good spot right now. Picking up a little color. VG weight with nutty undertones. Great energy — 3 months ago
This is my last bottle of this remarkable single vineyard Syrah, the first bottle consumed about 6 years ago.
The nose opens seamlessly with ripe plum, blueberry compote, and cassis before evolving into savory waves of smoked meat, dark cocoa, dried violet, and aged soy. The palate is full and silky, with a refined sweetness and integrated spice driving a long, savory finish. Still powerful but now balanced and restrained. In peak form. — 2 months ago
2014 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 2 hours at approx 62 degrees. Medium-medium heavy body. Plenty of honey/mead texture and flavors along with golden, slightly overripe apple + a little finishing spice flourish. Decent acidity at that temp and wanted to chill some down to the mid-50's to reevaluate but ran out of road. Better luck next time. 05.30.25. — 4 months ago
Wow aged nicely. Minerals floral notes followed by firm biting texture laced with mature fruit notes and long finish. — a month ago
Not as deliberately oxidative, but still too oxidative to be Chablis. — 4 months ago
