This is a delicious Tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero in Spain. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and nicely balanced.
Starting to drink beautifully now, and needs a couple of hours to open up properly, so be patient.

Hillside Select is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 32 months in 100% new 60-gallon French oak barrels. Deep Ruby with pronounced aromas of red/black fruits, with hints of cedar, floral, oak, herbs & spice. On the palate flavors of concentrated ripe blackberry, cherry and raspberry preserves, pepper spice, leather and earthy cacao. Fine savory tannins, well balanced, long finish, great structure ending with fruit, spice, oak and earthy mineral character. Outstanding! — 3 years ago
100% Syrah. This is a very inexpensive Cotes but 2019 was a banner year. Velvety and full bodied. Notes of black cherry, graphite and cocoa powder. Medium tannins brings a decent finish. Nicely paired with a spicy grilled chicken. — 17 days ago

Best wine I've ever had, by a mile — 8 months ago

This is ONE amazing wine! It took us over the hills, through the woods, across the river and under the bridge and we still didn’t know where it would end because the wine was gone. Incredible depth of dark earthy fruit laced with minerals and bursts of vibrant herbal notes. The stunner… 100% Merlot. From Tuscany. Never blame the grape!
