I am generally not a huge fan of Champagne unless it is exceptional which this is. I have always enjoyed the Blanc de Noirs style as well. Mid copper in colour. Plenty of chalky minerality on nose and palate. Fine mousse- small persistent bubbles - 72 months on lees. 100% Pinot Noir. Also aromatics of citrus and mouldy apple. The next night just as good with fewer bubbles. Much cheaper than Krug’s Clos d’Ambonnay for a similar experience I would imagine although I haven’t shelled out the considerable dosh for one of the Krug’s. — 3 days ago

100% Syrah. This is a very inexpensive Cotes but 2019 was a banner year. Velvety and full bodied. Notes of black cherry, graphite and cocoa powder. Medium tannins brings a decent finish. Nicely paired with a spicy grilled chicken. — a month ago

Full-bodied with medium acidity.

Very dry on the palate with nice complexity and a nice mouthfeel.

Showing black fruits, cedar, licorice, chocolates, dark coffee, pencil lead, earth and peppercorn.

This is a delicious Tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero in Spain. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and nicely balanced.

Starting to drink beautifully now, and needs a couple of hours to open up properly, so be patient.

Wine Enthusiasts 96 points. Wine Advocate 95 points.

This 5 year old Tempranillo is already complex, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

100% Tempranillo grapes, from 40 year old vines, were aged for 14 months in oak barrels and concrete vats.

14.5% alcohol by volume.
