Medium Ruby color, purple hues, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral, herb and complex spice. On the palate flavors of tart cherry, plum and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, ripe fruit and warm floral tones. Very Nice! — 4 months ago
Cherry compote, black currant and smoky mulberry; light leather and English tea notes. Lavender and cassis. Black currant dominates a palate rife with smoky blackberry and dark tobaccos, bakers chocolate and dark raisins. Decidedly rich and adumbral.

Tart and sweet cranberry, lavender, black tea, rosemary, dusty slate. Very astringent and tart on the palate. Very tight. — 7 months ago
Light garnet color. Very interesting nose and palate of red fruits, rose petals, dried herbs, black tea, bergamot and sweet baking spices. Hint of eucalyptus on the long, complex and earthy finish. Smooth tannins. Lively, bright and very well balanced. Nice concentration for a light bodied wine. Excellent! — 2 months ago
The 2004 Léoville Las Cases has a noticeable mintiness on the nose that actually complements the red fruit, though it deviates away from what you might call Saint-Julien typicité. After ten minutes, it coheres with ash and black tea aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with a rounded texture on the entry. The 2004 shows fine acidity and is lightly spiced with cracked black pepper towards the finish. A little conservative, but it acquits itself well considering the vintage. Steve & Paula Black pursued a dream in 2003 and purchased a 110-acre vineyard located in the Red Hills of Dundee creating The Four Graces, named after their four daughters. Medium Ruby with surprisingly complex aromas of red fruits, herb and spice. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with tea and espresso notes adding a bit of pepper spice. Well balanced acidity with fine tannins, medium(+) length, ending with earthy notes. Nice value! — 4 months ago
